Our partner Priscila Kashiwabara and specialists Breno Alves and Gabriel Cavalcante published the article “Sustainable agriculture, green technologies and IP in Brazil” in the Global Patent Prosecution Guide 2023, organized by IAM.

Considering the role of sustainable agriculture as one of the most important areas of innovation today, the authors discuss the need of adequate protection for green technology inventions, as well as the promotion of its regulated use in view of the particularities of Brazilian patents’ practice.
